Joel Mesa

Dancer

He started his dance training in Jazz and urban dance at Centro Maxime D’Harroche before starting his contemporary dance degree at Institut del Teatre graduating in 2013.

In 2014 he graduated from Verve the Performance Postgraduate Company, where he worked with Ben Duke, Lea Anderson, Jaamal Burkmar, Gemma Nixon and Jonathan Goddard.

In 2015 he started working as a Soloist dancer with Baltic dance Theatre in Gdansk(Poland) where he worked for two years approximately dancing repertoire of Isadora Wais. After he moved to the Netherlands where he started working with Project Sally dancing repertoire of Stefan Ernst and Ronald Wintjens, Stephen Shorpshire, Itzik Galili and Martin Harrigue.

He came back to Barcelona in 2017 to work with Javier Guerrero in the creation of “Business world” He has been working in the productions of the company ever since then.

At the same time Joel works as a freelancer with different companys such as Thomas Noone dance company, Taiat Dansa, Jesus Rubio, Leftovers and other projects as well as teaching Jazz and Contemporary Workshops

Paula Tato

Dancer

This young dancer graduated in 2014 in contemporary dance at CPD Institut del Teatre in Barcelona.
Just after finishing her degree, she moved to Leeds, England to course her postgrad at Northern School of Contemporary Dance where she performed pieces from Kerry Nichols, Douglas Thorpe and Luca Silvestrini.
In 2015 she moves to Poland to work in Baltic Dance Theater under the direction of Izadora Weiss. There she performed pieces such as Midsummer Night Dream, The Tempest, Body Master, and Fedra among others.
On 2017 she moves to Aarhus, Denmark to work with choreographer Troels Primdahl for his site specific performance named My Icarus Complex. After that she comes back to Barcelona where she’s been working since then as a freelance dancer with choreographers like Thomas Noone, Javier Guerrero and Jesús Rubio.

Julia Sanz

Dancer

She graduated in 2013 at the CPD of the Institut del Teatre, Barcelona, in contemporary dance specialization. Once she finished, she started a postgraduate degree in the young company Junior Ballet of the CNSMDP (Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris). For two consecutive years (2014-2016) she worked as a soloist dancer in Baltic Dance Theater company, Gdansk, Poland, performing in different pieces as Falling Angels by Jiří Kylián, Clash by Patrick Delcroix, and Body Master, Fun, Light, Phaedra, Cool Fire, The Tempest and Midsummer Night’s Dream by the director Isadora Weiss. During the season 2016-2017 she worked in ALEXANDER WHITLEY DANCE COMPANY, London, performing the pieces Pattern Recognition and 8 Minutes (premiered at Sadler’s Wells theater). In the following season 2017-2018 she worked in the company Stadttheater Bremerhaven, Germany, dancing the piece Le Chat Noir by Ed Wubbe (Scapino Ballet Rotterdam) and different pieces from the company’s repertoire. In addition, she has a great training and experience in urban dances, since she took part of the company BRODAS JUNIOR during the years 2005-2007. Currently she combines her work as an interpreter with that of pedagogue, involved in different emerging projects in Barcelona.

Amanda Rubio

Intérprete

Se gradúa en el Conservatorio Profesional de Almería en la especialidad de danza clásica y posteriormente se traslada a Barcelona donde segradúa en el Conservatorio Superior de danza en el Institut del Teatre (2016)en la especialidad deCoreografía en Interpretación de la danza, obteniendo la mayor calificación en el trabajo final de grado, bailando repertorios Zelenstova, de La Veronal y Dark Matter, de Crystal Pite.Ha realizado un posgraduado Modem Pro, con la Compañía Zapalá Danza en Catania (Italia) bailando repertorio de Milan Tomásik, Alessandro Sollima, Roberto Zappalá, Maud de laPurification, Ilenia Romano, Enrico Musmeci, Alain El Sakhawi, Fernando Roldan Ferrer.Ha trabajado con Lipi Hernadez en Mol·leculari, Roseland Musical realizando gira a nivel europeo y con Javier Guerrero Wimbledon o la Gran Desilusión en distintos festivales como; Cádiz enDanza, Mes de danza Sevilla, Zaragoza Trayectos, Dantxa Hirian y Hellerau-European Center ofArts Dresden entre otros.Actualmente compagina su labor como intérprete y profesora realizando diferentes workshops y talleres en distintas escuelas.

Carlos Roncero

Intérprete

Carlos Roncero Montes,  born on the 1st of July 1991. He began his contemporary dance degree at Institut del Teatre, after many years of training in Jazz dance and acrobatic gymnastics. In 2014, he finished his degree while he was working at South Bohemian Ballet, czech republic, for three years. Besides, he colaborated as a guest dancer with Hungarian Ballet Theater for the last two seasons. 

Carlos has worked with choreographers such as: Attila Egerházi, Shirley Esseboom, Dekkadancers, Javier Guerrero, Raquel Klein, Led Silhouette, Antonio Ruz, among others.

Nowadays, he is based in Barcelona, working as a freelancer and teaching contemporary dance and acrobatics.

Laura Lliteras

Intérprete

Nace en Palma de Mallorca donde empieza sus estudios de ballet. Posteriormente realiza los estudios en el Conservatorio Profesional de Palma en la especialidad de clásico. Se traslada a vivir a Barcelona y realiza estudios simultáneos en el Conservatorio Profesional en la especialidad de contemporáneo y en el Conservatorio Superior del Institut del Teatre.

En el año 2013 entra a formar parte de la jove companya ITdansa, bajo la dirección de Catherine Allard. Durante esta época realiza numerosos repertorios de importantes coreógrafos internacionales; Kamuyot (Ohad Naharin), In memoriam (Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui) ,Minus 16 (Ohad Naharin),Whim (Alexander Ekman), Naked Thoughts (Rafael Bonachela), Wad Ras (Montse Sánchez y Ramon Baeza), Un ballo (Jiri Kylián) y Petruixka (Catherine Allard). Actualmente trabaja como bailarina en la Compañía de Cesc Gelabert y Montón de paja & trigo.

Marc Villanueva

Dramaturgo

Born in Barcelona in 1992. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Stage directing and Dramaturgy by the Institut del Teatre (Barcelona) and a second one in Theory of the Literature and Comparative Literature by the Universitat de Barcelona. He is currently studying the Master of Arts in Applied Theatre Studies at the Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen. His works are presented both in theatre venues and in non-conventional venues. Some of his latest projects are El candidato (Festival TNT 2019), Correspondence #1 on the Importance of Time and Place, the Territory (Festival der jungen Talente 2018), and Sous la plage (Festival TNT 2016). Besides his own projects, he works as a dramaturge in devised theatre pieces and interdisciplinary works, such as Gentry, by the Mos Maiorum Collective (Festival Grec 2018) and Bats&Clubs, by Gerard Valverde (Festival Shakespeare 2014). He has been granted an Agata Baum de Bernis fellowship for artists and cultural managers by the Goethe-Institut (2015), and has collaborated in several projects by Rimini Protokoll. In 2017 he was invited to join the Internationales Forum of the Theatertreffen in Berlin. He is currently collaborating in the development of AM27 by Javier Guerrero, which will be premiered in July in the Grec Festival in Barcelona.

Yves del Río

Espacio Sonoro

Nace en México en 1990 donde empieza a formarse enProducción musical en G. Martell Escuela Musical.Hace unos años se traslada aBarcelona donde termina sus estudios en la SAE, Escuela Audiovisual Internacional. Aquí realiza diferentes estudios sobre ingeniería de sonido, producción de audio, mixing, acústico y procesador de audio. En los últimos años ha trabajado principalmente en composición musical en una amplia variedad de formatos, desde producción de música hasta instalaciones A/V, composición en películas, diseño de sonido y programación de música generativa. Ha trabajado en colaboración con el estudio multidisciplinar en Barcelona, cuidando el concepto de sonido y la producción. Ha desarrollado su propio proyecto como músico, productor e intérprete con NO GRAVITY (música electrónica en vivo, proyecto dúo), así como un sello discográfico con sede en Barcelona llamado Feinkost Records que busca lanzar música original de diferentes artistas.Actualmente comparte su labor de creación musical trabajando para diferentes proyectos en la creación del espacio sonoro.
